ARRISE is seeking a seasoned BI/Data Analytics professional to own the Tableau reporting ecosystem for our iGaming projects in Portugal. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards, delivering accurate insights and high-performance analytics to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BI, expert Tableau and SQL skills, and strong data modeling knowledge (Star/Snowflake). Experience with Python is a plus; a related bachelor’s degree is required.

• 5+ years in a BI or Data Analytics role, with iGaming or B2C software experience.
• Expert proficiency in Tableau and SQL, capable of writing complex, optimized queries for large datasets.
• Ability to translate high-level business questions into technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences and manage stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake) and data warehouse architecture.
• Desirable: Experience with Python for data automation and big data reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• Standardize BI Best Practices: maintain dashboards, data documentation, and quality assurance for a single source of truth.
• End-to-End Execution: lead the full lifecycle of reporting projects from SQL extraction to final visualization and walkthrough.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the Reporting Ecosystem: Take responsibility for the design, development, and maintenance of the Tableau reporting suite, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.
• Manage Stakeholders Effectively: Act as a consultative partner to internal stakeholder, translate high-level business questions into technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Bridge Data & Business: Collaborate with the data warehouse team to influence data modelling and schema design, ensuring the backend is optimized for all analytical needs.
• Drive Actionable Insights: Move beyond descriptive reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities, providing stakeholders with clear "next step" recommendations.
• Standardize BI Best Practices: Implement and maintain high standards for dashboard, data documentation, and quality assurance to ensure a "single source of truth"
• End-to-End Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of reporting projects, from initial SQL data extraction and transformation to the final visualization and stakeholder walkthrough.

What We Ask Of You

• Experience: 5+ years in a BI or Data Analytics role, with specific experience in the iGaming or B2C software sector.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Tableau and SQL. You must be comfortable writing complex, optimized queries for large-scale datasets.
• Solution-Oriented Approach: A track record of taking messy or incomplete requirements and turning them into structured, valuable reporting tools.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, navigate conflicting priorities, and present data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Depth: Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas) and data warehouse architecture.
• Desirable Skills: Experience with Python for data automation and big data reporting
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
