We Are META in Lisbon seeks a skilled Business Analyst to bridge Risk, Finance and ALM-T data teams. You will translate business needs into operational requirements for the RF DIP scope and act as a functional interlocutor across departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as a Business Analyst, strong SQL and Power BI skills, SAS Enterprise Guide, JIRA and Agile proficiency, and excellent MS Office capabilities. Hybrid work in Lisbon with EU citizenship or valid permit preferred.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Serve as the functional interlocutor between Risk, Finance, and ALM-T business lines and central data teams, translating business needs into operational requirements for the RF DIP scope.
• SQL is mandatory to support data production monitoring, control activities, and first-level investigation of data issues.
• Power BI is mandatory to deliver reporting and data visualization outputs aligned with Risk and Finance needs.
• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide, JIRA, and Agile is a plus, supporting project management within the LS team context.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required for documentation management and stakeholder communication.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Lisbon.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
