Syone is seeking a Senior Developer / Tech Lead to join a cross-functional team. You will lead backend development, own critical systems end-to-end, and drive architectural decisions toward microservices.

You will implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices. The role requires strong knowledge of PHP/Symfony and Go, experience with Kafka, Redis, REST APIs, and observability tools.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
• Strong experience with PHP (Symfony) and solid knowledge of Golang.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka) and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
