VFX Financial is seeking a highly capable Back-End Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of core systems powering its global financial infrastructure. You will own architecture across multi-currency accounts, payments, treasury, risk, and API integrations, in a cloud-native Azure environment.

The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, guiding development standards and mentoring engineers while building scalable, secure systems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of .NET development experience with strong C# and .NET Core
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers in delivery teams
• Strong Azure services and cloud-native architecture experience
• Hands-on CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions
• Experience in Agile environments and Jira
• Solid design principles: clean architecture and scalable systems

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development and deployment of robust .NET applications in Azure
• Define scalable system architecture ensuring performance and reliability
• Drive CI/CD best practices and pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Engineering to translate requirements
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to maintain quality
• Drive engineering standards across security, performance, and design
• Participate in agile delivery and improve delivery predictability
• Support incident resolution and system resilience
