Scrambly is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build core systems that power millions of users worldwide. You will design and maintain scalable Node.js APIs and distributed services, ensuring reliability and performance, while bridging product requirements with technical reality.

You will mentor engineers, drive code quality, and collaborate with Product, Design and QA to translate requirements into robust specs, alongside optimizing CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Architecture, design, and maintenance of scalable Node.js RESTful APIs.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and QA to translate requirements into robust specs.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and performance of distributed systems.
