Pyyne Digital is seeking a Senior .NET Consultant to join its consultant team in Porto, Portugal. You will integrate into client teams, design and implement scalable systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong C# and modern .NET development (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Experience building RESTful Web APIs, microservices, or web frameworks (ASP.NET Core/ MVC).
• Familiarity with frontend JS frameworks for full-stack collaboration.
• Relational databases and ORM data access (EF Core, Dapper).
• Knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID, DI, and Git.

• Lead technical streams and deliverables in English for client stakeholders.
• Architect, test, and deploy scalable .NET web apps and services.
• Collaborate across frontend and backend layers for end-to-end solutions.

About You

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

• Backend & .NET Ecosystem: Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET development (.NET Core / .NET 6+ or legacy .NET Framework).

• Web & APIs: Practical experience building RESTful Web APIs, microservices, or web application frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC).

• Frontend Awareness: Familiarity with modern frontend JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) for effective full-stack collaboration.

• Databases: Strong working knowledge of relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and query optimization.

• Data Access: Hands-on experience with object-relational mapping (ORM) tools or data access frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework / EF Core, Dapper).

• Architecture & Methodology: Solid understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, core design patterns (e.g., Dependency Injection), and version control systems (Git).
