Ingenious Lion is a Digital Tech Hub for Publicis Groupe, seeking a Senior Backend & Data Engineer to build and maintain backend services and data pipelines powering a unified marketing intelligence platform. You will write production-grade Python code, develop Databricks/PySpark workflows, and shape medallion-style architectures across Bronze/Silver/Gold patterns.

Qualificações

> Five+ years in backend engineering or distributed systems.
> Strong Python experience with FastAPI or Flask.
> Hands-on Databricks/PySpark and medallion-style data architecture.
> Microservices, async programming, and event-driven patterns.
> SQL/NoSQL databases and lakehouse familiarity.
> CI/CD with GitHub Actions or similar.
> Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain data pipelines in Databricks and PySpark with Bronze/Silver/Gold architecture.
Develop ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and serve marketing data at scale.
Create backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI/ Flask) within microservices architecture.
Implement REST/gRPC communication and integrate with cloud services and external platforms.
Enforce security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, multi-tenant access.
Write clean, testable production code and mentor teammates.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infra-as-code (Docker, Kubernetes, CloudFormation).
Improve latency, concurrency, throughput, and cost; support SRE with SLIs/SLOs.
Collaborate with product, data, and SRE on backend designs across domains.
