Tracer, the leader in brand protection, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join our Madeira, Portugal office. You will build and scale core services using Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot and mentor other engineers in a fast-growing team.

This onsite role offers a hybrid schedule with up to two remote days per week, reports to Engineering, and involves collaborating with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a senior or lead role within software development.
• Extensive experience with Java and/or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Design and build scalable distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience in leadership or mentorship guiding engineers.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, unit testing, and Git workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent work experience.
