Qualificações

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Back Office Engineer with solid experience in Core CS Network operations and maintenance to join a strategic NOC support project.

On-site or Remote (Outside Madrid)

Availability

24x7 Support (on-call and night shifts)

What you will do

• Provide 2nd line operations and maintenance support for the Core CS network.
• Proactively analyze and propose service and KPI improvements.
• Lead technical taskforces and coordinate complex, multi-department projects.
• Act as the central technical point of contact for critical incidents and major changes.
• Implement network changes following ITIL processes.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to strengthen team expertise.
• Participate in emergency calls alongside the Incident Manager for issue resolution coordination.

What you are like

• Prior experience working on the MasMovil Network (preferably within a NOC) is highly valued.
• Minimum 3 years in Core Network maintenance and operations, ideally in the MM NOC in Romania.
• Experience with ICT operations and maintenance support.

Technical Expertise

• Virtualization Suites: Solaris Containers, VMware ESXi.
• Platforms: SDM, IMS, Core CS, Call Server, Softswitch, Interco.
• Core CS Network Elements: HLR, HSS, Switches, SLF, S-CSCF, P-CSCF, I-CSCF, AS, OSA, CAMEL, MRF, MGW, MGCF, BGCF, SGW, Softswitch, etc. (vendors: Nokia, Italtel, Huawei).
