A global digital transformation leader based in Porto is seeking a skilled cloud engineer experienced in AWS and Terraform. You will contribute to designing secure infrastructures, improve CI/CD processes, and enhance cloud security measures. Proficiency in scripting, CI tools, and web architectures is required. The role emphasizes working within a diverse team to foster creativity and innovation in technology solutions.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in AWS services, particularly VPC, EC2, IAM, Terraform, S3, and Route53.
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible and scripting languages such as bash or python.
• Familiarity with CI tools like GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Knowledge of web services and architectures.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design a secure, scalable infrastructure code base.
• Improve CI/CD automation for faster deployment cycles.
• Enhance cloud infrastructure logging and auditing capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to automate tasks.
• Ensure cloud security, backup, and monitoring.
• Improve and test backup/recovery strategies.
• Contribute to internal roadmap definitions.

Conhecimentos

AWS services (VPC, EC2, IAM, Terraform, S3, Route53, Security)

IaC with Terraform

Configuration Management (Ansible preferred)

Scripting languages (bash, python)

Continuous integration tools (GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift)

Web architectures (HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON)

Agile development methodologies

Proficiency in English
