Role: Senior Atlassian / JSM Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Required skills:

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong, multi-year experience in Jira configuration and Jira Service Management
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex JSM solutions
• Experience in requirements engineering and requirements management
• Experience in project management and stakeholder communication
• Experience in taking on an operational lead role
• Business-fluent English, written and spoken
