A2It Tecnologia is seeking a Network Engineer to oversee the enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Location is Olivais—initially on-site with a hybrid model after onboarding.

Responsibilities include managing LAN/WLAN, Aruba Central, and Extreme switches, plus designing VLANs, QoS, and 802.1X. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience in enterprise networking and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience managing enterprise network infrastructures.
• Experience in mission-critical or large-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage, operate, and maintain enterprise LAN/WLAN infrastructures.
• Administer and support Extreme Networks Switching platforms.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Aruba Wireless / Aruba Central solutions.
• Implement and manage VLANs, Routing, QoS, and network segmentation policies.
• Proactively monitor network infrastructure and analyze performance.
• Resolve critical incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting in high-availability environments.
• Manage redundancy, high availability, and business continuity solutions.
• Implement enterprise network security best practices.
• Administer network services, including DHCP, DNS, AAA, and 802.1X authentication.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure expansion, migration, and modernization projects.
• Collaborate with Systems, Security, and Operations teams.
• Automate network tasks and operational processes.
• Perform wireless site surveys using Ekahau, Hamina, or similar tools.
