NexaVision in Almada is seeking a Senior Architect for a contract role to develop innovative designs and oversee construction. You will coordinate with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure feasibility and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Architecture degree, 5+ years in design and construction management, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, with ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

We are in need of a talented Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Almada As a Senior Architect you will utilize your expertise and creativity to develop innovative designs and oversee the construction process Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes as well as excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Consult with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet regulations
• Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly and on schedule
• Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other relevant software
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Preferred

• Experience working on residential or commercial projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Fluency in Portuguese
