NexaVision in Almada is seeking a Senior Architect for a contract role to develop innovative designs and oversee construction. You will coordinate with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure feasibility and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Architecture degree, 5+ years in design and construction management, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, with ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Consult with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly and on schedule.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects.
