Quadrante is strengthening its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer for the Structures division, based at our Lisbon office. The role involves delivering efficient structural designs for national and international projects, with a focus on technical robustness and environmental considerations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structures), has at least 8 years of relevant experience, and can communicate in English.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structures profile.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Ability to communicate independently in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in structural design projects.

• Optimize solutions from a holistic perspective — technical, economic and environmental.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer for the Structures division, based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Design efficient technical solutions that meet client needs, calculated and sized in accordance with applicable regulations
• Optimize solutions from a holistic perspective — technical, economic and environmental
• Ensure project delivery within established deadlines
• Develop tools and work methodologies that improve results and productivity

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structures profile (mandatory)
• Professional experience in structural design projects
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a team
• Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Ability to communicate independently in English, both spoken and written
