Pleo is seeking a Lead Security Operations Engineer to define and deliver the SecOps roadmap, building detection, response, and investigation capabilities for a fast-growing fintech. You will own security operations end-to-end and partner with Fraud, DevSecOps, Engineering, and Risk & Compliance to protect customers and data.

The role offers a chance to shape a mature SecOps function, drive automation, and work across cross-functional teams in a diverse, globally distributed company.

Qualificações

• Hands-on SOC and SIEM management experience.
• Strong automation and coding ability.
• Fintech, payments, fraud, or trust & safety exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own a structured SecOps roadmap grounded in MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS benchmarks.
• Lead security investigations and forensics to improve detection and response.
• Design, tune, and scale the SIEM and logging pipeline across services.
