Qualificações

• Experience with Java Application Servers.
• Solid Java knowledge for optimization.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
• Experience with API Gateway integration.
• Advanced experience with RHEL Linux OS.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL governance.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain applications for high availability.
• Manage critical incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Resolve technical issues to ensure business continuity.
• Implement changes and maintain compliance with ITIL.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to enhance systems.

Conhecimentos

Java Application Servers (RedHat JBoss EAP)

Java knowledge for heap/thread dump analysis

OpenShift and Cloud technologies (Kubernetes)

API Gateway integration (Axway/APIGee)

Advanced experience with RHEL Linux OS

Dynatrace

Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK

CI/CD setup and optimization (GITLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype)

Automation tools like Ansible and/or Terraform

MSSQL Server and PostgreSQL

Scrum framework

ITIL Governance
