Wire IT, based in Portugal, is a specialized IT consulting partner with 18 years of experience and a senior team helping clients navigate a fast-moving market.

The Role: Application Support Engineering. Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. We offer a health-insurance package, 22 days vacation, extra days off, meal allowance, referral bonus, discounts, and a strong team culture focused on growth and learning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience.
• English proficiency: C1 (or B2+).
• Basic knowledge of Java technology, particularly back-end.
• Good experience in CI-CD and DevSecOps: (Jenkins, XLD, XLR).
• Solid knowledge of databases: (Oracle, SQL views & scripts).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• SQL experience.
• Experience in incident management.
• Knowledge in ServiceNow or Jira tools.
• (Nice to Have):Knowledge of ControlM is a plus.
• (Nice to Have):Knowledge of CFT and MQ Series is a plus.
• (Nice to Have):Knowledge of FBTI is a plus.
• (Nice to Have):Experience with XL Deploy is a plus.
• (Nice to Have):Functional appetite in the banking and Trade Finance sector
