Intapp is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer. You’ll focus on a subset of our products to understand them deeply and help development teams build products that are secure by design.

You will define security requirements, proactively identify risks through threat modeling, design automated tests, and perform manual assessments including code reviews. Collaboration across distributed teams is essential to success in this role.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in an Application Security role or 5+ years in a combination of development and security roles.
• Proven history turning SCA/SAST/DAST results into teachable moments.
• Backend development with classic .NET Framework and modern .NET.
• Experience designing unit tests and end-to-end tests (automated and manual).
• Frontend development with at least one JavaScript framework.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration in distributed engineering teams.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage priorities and deliver quality results.
• Curious and adaptable, willing to learn new technologies, architectures, and practices.

Overview

Senior Application Security Engineer at Intapp. You’ll focus on a subset of our products to understand them deeply and help development teams build products that are secure by design.

What you’ll do

• Define security requirements for products.
• Proactively identify and control risks using threat modeling and similar techniques.
• Design and implement automated security tests.

What you’ll need

• 3+ years in an Application Security role or 5+ years in a combination of development and security roles.
• Proven history of turning SCA / SAST / DAST results into teachable moments.
• Backend development experience with classic .NET Framework and modern .NET.
• Experience designing unit tests and end-to-end tests (automated and manual).
• Familiarity with frontend development with at least one JavaScript framework.
• Application penetration testing experience is a bonus.
• Strong programming skills across different technology stacks.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience collaborating in distributed, global engineering teams.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
• Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies, architectures, and development practices.
• Comfortable working across diverse environments (desktop, web, mobile, monolithic, distributed, serverless).
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Backend experience with Python is a bonus.
