HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Senior Android Developer for a fully remote position based in Portugal to work on a major fashion retailer's mobile app. You will craft native Android experiences using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines/RxJava, and collaborate with a cross‑functional team across Android, iOS, and QA.

Ideal candidates will have strong English and Portuguese communication, ownership from development through deployment, and experience in large teams handling

Qualificações

• Expert proficiency in Kotlin for Android development using modern best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for UI
• Solid understanding of Coroutines or RxJava for asynchronous programming
• Experience with MVVM or similar architecture for scalable apps
• Strong unit and UI testing discipline with good test coverage
• Experience in medium to large development teams and scale
• Autonomous work style with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail in code and UX
• Ability to implement mobile UX patterns
• Comfort working with designers, product owners, and QA
• Experience collaborating with clients to validate technical feasibility
• Good communication in Portuguese and English
• B2 English minimum
