Mindera is seeking Senior Android developers to join our team in Porto. You will design and deliver scalable Android apps, collaborating with engineers to align technical decisions with business goals. The role emphasizes autonomy, innovation, and a lean, self-organizing culture.

You’ll work on modern Kotlin/Jetpack Compose projects, write robust tests, and contribute to architecture discussions, while maintaining performance and reliability across mobile products.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Kotlin with strong Android experience.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus.
• Hands-on with Jetpack Compose and modern UI paradigms.
• Strong MVVM architecture understanding.
• Experience in unit and UI testing, test automation.
• Familiarity with service-oriented patterns and design patterns.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and client collaboration.
• Practices: TDD, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Build high-quality, scalable Android apps using Kotlin and modern frameworks.
• Design robust architectures (MVVM) for maintainable solutions.
• Deliver smooth user experiences with thoughtful UX patterns.
• Write clean, testable code with strong test coverage.
• Own features end-to-end from development to deployment.
