Sword Health is seeking an Android Engineer in Consumer Growth to build compelling Android experiences for our consumer products. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and backend teams to ship experiments and measure impact from acquisition through retention.

Qualificações

• Experience shipping and maintaining production Android applications.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Solid understanding of Android architecture, lifecycle management, coroutines, state management, and navigation.
• Experience integrating APIs and handling loading, failure, and interrupted journeys gracefully.
• Experience with automated testing, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Ability to instrument user journeys and use product data to inform decisions.
• Good product judgment and attention to interaction quality, accessibility, and user trust.
• Ability to work across disciplines, communicate trade-offs, and own features from concept through production.
• Practical experience using AI in your engineering workflow and reviewing its output.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve Android experiences across onboarding, account creation, paywalls, subscriptions, and ongoing engagement.
• Create smooth transitions from acquisition campaigns and web journeys into the app through deep links and navigation.
• Implement subscription purchase flows, purchase restoration, and entitlement handling with backend engineers.
• Deliver controlled experiments using feature flags, targeted experiences, and analytics instrumentation.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data to identify friction and evaluate results after release.
• Build reusable UI components and foundations to simplify future experiments.
• Maintain app performance, accessibility, stability, and responsive behavior across devices and versions.
• Own features from implementation to release, monitoring, and iteration.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality.
