Mindera is seeking an experienced Android Developer to join an agile, collaborative team where your voice matters as much as your code. You will build native experiences with the latest Android tech while ensuring the product remains world-class, with code reusable across platforms.

You'll work alongside Android, iOS and QA engineers, embracing self-organization, empathy and clear communication. Mindera promotes a politics-free culture and supports flexible working arrangements across multiple

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Android development experience.
• Proficient in Kotlin with Coroutines.
• Strong knowledge of MVP and MVVM architecture.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• GraphQL knowledge is a plus.
• Familiar with test-driven development and continuous delivery.
• Ability to mentor engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Working directly with clients to ensure feasibility of requirements.
• Create fluid visual interactions and implement mobile UX patterns.
• Be self-driven with minimal supervision toward team goals.
• Write testable code and maintain test coverage at required levels.
• Document your code and its usage.
• Take ownership from development to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor junior engineers to raise the team's capability.
• Diagnose production issues and devise robust fixes.
• Monitor performance and operational metrics to improve quality.

As an Android Developer, you will create exceptional native experiences with the latest e-commerce tech stack while making sure the quality of the product is world-class. The cherry on top? You’ll make code that is reused on iOS/Desktop.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Working directly with the client to ensure the technical feasibility of the requirements;
• Creating fluid visual interactions, creating and implementing mobile user experience patterns;
• Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose;
• Writing testable code and ensuring the test coverage stays at the agreed level;
• Documenting your code;
• Taking ownership of your code every step of the way from development to deployment and maintenance;
• Mentoring junior engineers;
• Diagnosing issues in production and devise solutions for them;
• Being aware of metrics, performance, and operational aspects that show you care about your code.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 8+ years of experience in Android development;
• Demonstrated experience in Kotlin development;
• Knowledge of Coroutines;
• Knowledge of Software Architecture (MVP and MVVM);
• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose;
• Android platform specific knowledge;
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus;
• Experienced with/eager to learn well-known development and testing frameworks;
• Experience building service oriented architectures, design patterns, data structures;
• Test-driven development and continuous delivery.
