Decskill is expanding and seeks a senior Data Engineer to join our Lisbon-based team. You will design and optimize analytics-ready data models, build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, and work with Snowflake, dbt, and AWS in a hybrid environment.

You will translate business requirements into robust data solutions, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensure data quality and performance across data platforms. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced level).
• Solid experience with data modeling and analytics-ready datasets.
• Proven experience designing and building ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (mandatory).
• Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data architectures (preferably AWS).
• Hands-on experience building scalable data platforms / Lakehouse environments.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data quality, performance optimization, and best practices.
