Zango is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled compliance solutions for financial institutions. You will engage with senior client stakeholders, translate regulatory needs into technical requirements, and shape product strategy in collaboration with engineering teams.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, you will be on-site in Lisbon with occasional travel to London, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring adoption across client organisations.

Qualificações

• 5‑7 years' experience as a product manager with an engineering background.
• Experience in platform or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong communication skills to work with various functions internally and externally.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon with occasional travel to London.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of solutions across all phases.
• Map and build a network of senior client stakeholders to enable integration.
• Act as trusted advisor and first point of contact for clients.
• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements for engineers.
• Identify opportunities for new features reflecting regulatory needs.
