Job summary

Softlanding seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of AI products (GenAI, AI Agents, Intelligent Automation) as part of a new Tech Hub in Porto. You will own strategy, define business cases and success metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver measurable value.

You will drive responsible AI, governance, and cross-functional delivery, mentoring peers while shaping the AI product roadmap in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management with AI/Automation focus.
• Proven business impact and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of AI economics: costs & licensing.
• Knowledge of AI governance and GDPR/EU AI Act.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents and MLOps.
• Familiar with Databricks and AI deployment ecosystems.
• Strong data literacy and SQL interpretation of model metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap and value delivery for AI product portfolio.
• Define vision, business cases and success metrics aligned with commercial goals.
• Lead discovery with senior stakeholders and translate challenges into AI solutions.
• Balance customer value, feasibility, AI risk and costs for decisions.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, quality standards and adoption metrics.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data and Governance teams.
• Drive Responsible AI practices and governance requirements.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and capacity planning.
• Mentor Product Managers and share best practices.
