Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional Software Engineering experience, including senior or technical leadership responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI Agents in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- IaC experience with Terraform or equivalent.
- Experience with platform engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Strong end-to-end SDLC knowledge and production operations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic development workflows, tools, and automation across the SDLC.
- Develop and integrate production-ready AI Agents using orchestration, tool use, MCP, and context engineering.
- Build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, automated quality checks, and monitoring for reliable agent behavior.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and developer tooling.
- Integrate AI-powered workflows with Jira, source control, and CI/CD platforms.
- Develop reusable components, APIs, CLIs, and workflow automation for AI-enabled processes.
- Implement observability and operational controls for production AI agents.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering, Platform, DevOps, Architecture, and Product teams on technical decisions.

We are looking for a highly autonomous professional with strong expertise in production-grade AI Agents, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional Software Engineering experience, including senior or technical leadership responsibilities
- Proven hands‑on experience designing, building, and deploying AI Agents in real‑world production environments
- Strong experience with agent orchestration, tool use, context engineering, MCP servers, and agent evaluation
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Strong background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP or equivalent platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform or equivalent technologies
- Experience developing internal developer platforms, CLIs, workflow engines, or engineering automation solutions
- Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production operations
- Hands‑on experience using agentic coding tools as part of day‑to‑day software engineering
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to independently evaluate technical alternatives and drive implementation
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher

- Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar agentic coding solutions
- Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and their application to software engineering contexts
- Experience with static analysis, code intelligence, or program analysis tooling
