act digital is an international consulting and engineering group enabling digital transformation across 12 countries with 6,000+ employees. We are hiring for a role focusing on test automation strategy, AI-driven testing, and framework design in a dynamic, cross‑locational team.

You will analyse automation landscapes, propose improvements, implement frameworks, and promote AI‑assisted testing within CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with Leads and international teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Hands-on test automation expertise, designing and implementing robust automation
• Experience with UI/API automation using Playwright or Selenium and reporting
• Applying AI to test automation including generation, optimisation and AI agent support
• Integrating automated tests into delivery pipelines and CI/CD tooling
• Deep understanding of automation architecture patterns and framework design
• Understanding environments, service virtualisation and dependencies
• Managing test data and ensuring stable test execution

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and assess test automation landscape in projects and clusters
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Consult Leads and teams in definition and improvement of test automation strategies
• Consult on selection and implementation of automation frameworks and tools
• Support integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Support usage of test environments and test data
• Design and execute proofs-of-concept to validate AI-driven solutions
• Introduce AI-supported testing approaches, including test generation and analysis
• Develop reusable assets such as templates and framework components
• Drive adoption and standardisation of test automation practices across teams
