Wrike is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery in a fast-scaling environment. You will design and implement backend in Java/Spring, REST APIs, and frontend with TypeScript and React, while integrating AI-driven tooling to accelerate development.

You will ship end-to-end: backend logic, frontend touches, tests, and infra. You will operate autonomously, read existing code, and make thoughtful trade-offs to reduce tech debt, balancing speed and quality in

Qualificações

• Strong full-stack engineering with Java, Spring, REST APIs, SQL, TypeScript and React.
• Owned features or systems end-to-end, not just tickets.
• Experience navigating a non-trivial codebase, not greenfield.
• Advanced use of AI coding tools in daily workflow.
• Comfort making decisions under ambiguity and owning the outcome.
• Backgrounds that tend to succeed: technical founders, early engineers at startups, or senior engineers with open-source work.

Responsabilidades

• Take ambiguous, high-level product ideas and turn them into a concrete technical plan by asking the right questions.
• Designed, built, and shipped end-to-end features across the full stack, including backend, frontend, tests, and infra.
• Navigate a living codebase, deciding what to reuse or rebuild and reduce tech debt.
• Think in systems and anticipate second-order effects before incidents occur.
• Make technical and product trade-off calls, manage risk, and push to completion.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate development and write automations for efficiency.
• Challenge AI output and product asks to ensure soundness.
