Job summary

BrandConnect Media in Braga is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage financial records and processes for the company. You will prepare financial statements, analyze data, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting experience, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1100 USD per month and does not include accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Review general ledger entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Train junior accounting staff as needed.
