Job summary

Workato is hiring a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress for our team in Funchal, Portugal. You will provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced dining environment, welcoming guests and taking orders.

Responsibilities include serving meals and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. Training is provided, with preference for candidates who can work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods of time.
• Preference for female candidates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to customers while adhering to company standards.
• Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and ensure tables are properly set for incoming guests.
• Process payments using cash or credit cards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
