We partner with key business partners across the company to identify the right opportunities, shape them into actionable use cases, and design, build, and launch AI products responsibly. Our work spans the full lifecycle- from early discovery and rapid prototyping to production deployment, reuse across the enterprise, and measurable business impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Scrum Master, AI Studio position offers a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, innovative team within the AI & Data Science organization. This role will support next-generation AI, automation, process intelligence, digital workflow, and productivity capabilities across the AI Studio portfolio.

The Scrum Master helps ensure that delivery work is appropriately prepared, dependencies and risks are visible, team commitments are realistic, and products progress efficiently through design, build, testing, deployment, adoption, and operational transition.

The Scrum Master will help teams apply Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices consistently, strengthen shared accountability, improve collaboration, and build a culture of continuous improvement. The role will also support cross-team coordination, Program Increment planning, delivery reporting, release readiness, adoption activities, and the realization of expected product value.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Support Product Managers and delivery teams in maintaining clear, prioritized, refined, and delivery-ready product backlogs.
  • Help ensure that user stories include clear acceptance criteria, identified dependencies, appropriate estimates, and sufficient detail before entering a sprint.
  • Guide teams in understanding and applying Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and product-delivery principles and practices.
  • Track sprint progress, commitments, risks, impediments, dependencies, capacity constraints, and delivery milestones to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Help remove team impediments and elevate unresolved risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, and technical teams to support sprint planning, release planning, dependency management, and delivery execution.
  • Promote effective collaboration across product, design, architecture, engineering, data, testing, DevOps, operations, platform, vendor, and business teams.
  • Monitor delivery health using meaningful metrics such as sprint-goal achievement, velocity, predictability, carryover, cycle time, capacity, and defect trends.
  • Help teams identify root causes of delivery challenges and implement practical improvements through retrospectives, action tracking, and follow-through.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, shared accountability, transparency, collaboration, and sustainable delivery.
  • Support the coordination of testing, defect resolution, release readiness, deployment, validation, and operational-transition activities.
  • Help identify and manage dependencies across AI Studio products, platforms, vendors, and Agile delivery teams.
  • Participate in Scrum of Scrums, Program Increment planning, Agile Release Train activities, and other cross-team ceremonies where applicable.
  • Prepare clear delivery updates covering progress, sprint health, risks, dependencies, capacity, key decisions, and upcoming milestones.
  • Support product demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, release communications, business-readiness activities, and post-release follow-up.
  • Support product adoption and value realization by helping teams coordinate training, communications, operational readiness, usage tracking, and post-deployment actions.
  • Promote effective use of Jira, Jira Align, GitLab, Confluence, and other approved product-delivery and collaboration tools.
  • Use approved AI and GenAI technologies to improve meeting preparation, summarize discussions, document decisions and actions, identify delivery trends, and increase the efficiency of Scrum Master activities.
