A leading multinational fintech company in Lisbon seeks an experienced Scrum Master to join their hybrid team. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience and strong expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly in Scrum and Kanban. This role involves supporting the Product Owner with backlog management and leading Scrum ceremonies. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Experience with Automated Testing, CI/CD, TDD.

Responsabilidades

• Support Product Owner with backlog management.
• Coordinate Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.
• Ensure team adheres to Agile principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master
• Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certification
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Agile Estimating & Planning
• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Experience with Automated Testing, CI/CD, TDD
• Experience with metrics (Velocity, Productivity)
• Jira/Confluence proficiency
• Support Product Owner with backlog management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
