Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, network, or related field.
• High level English required.
• Proven experience (>3 years) in a cybersecurity role managing and supporting cybersecurity tools and systems.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity/network tools and technologies such as Firewalls/FWaaS, Proxy, Message gateways, CASB, VPN, SWG, DLP, ZTNA, SDWAN, PAM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on topics related to SASE (Secure Access Service Edge).
• Manage and maintain cybersecurity tools to stay up-to-date and properly configured.
• Provide support in operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of cybersecurity tools and systems.
• Participate in cyber incident response activities with SOC and CERT to address incidents swiftly.
• Implement and enforce security configurations for tools, systems, and infrastructure components.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and incident response activities; generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training on cybersecurity best practices.
