Purpose and Objectives

SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team and provide consultant level expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large‑scale adoption events for both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSMs.

Responsibilities

• Remotely deliver 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Suite depending on area of expertise and certification.
• Act as a subject matter expert, develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

Requirements

• Associate Certification in Compensation and Variable Pay and one other SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite module (Performance & Goals and/or Succession & Development), and HCM Platform.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay. Implementation/optimization of SAP Performance & Goals and/or Succession & Development an advantage.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
• University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable field.

Please note that this position does not include a relocation package.
