Fyld is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Portuguese consulting team. You will configure, customize, and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements, with a focus on Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, and Learning.

You will drive data migration and integration efforts (EC data imports, MDF objects, API integrations) and collaborate with clients to optimize HR processes, delivering measurable value in Agile environments.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• 3–5 years of professional SAP SuccessFactors project experience.
• Hands-on in SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development.
• Solid understanding of ESS and MSS.
• Experience configuring, customizing, and implementing modules to meet business needs.
• Experience with data migration and integration (EC data imports, MDF objects, APIs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall project methods.
• SAP certifications are a plus (e.g., SuccessFactors Employee Central, other modules).

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field;
• 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects;
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development;
• Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);
• Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements;
• Experience with data migration and integration techniques (e.g., EC data imports, MDF objects, API integrations);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);

• SAP certifications are a plus:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Additional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
