A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Application Manager to support and enhance various corporate processes within the SAP SuccessFactors application. This role requires experience in SAP SuccessFactors and strong ability to manage business interactions. Candidates should be fluent in Portuguese and have at least a B1-B2 level in English. The position involves working on updates and projects influenced by the product roadmap across multiple countries.

Overview

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Application Manager, to integrate directly the team of our client – a reference company in the industry sector.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure the operational functionality of various corporate processes implemented in the SAP SuccessFactors application, specifically in modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and others;
• Manage business key users in their interactions with the tool, identifying continuous improvement actions to enhance the platform;
• Plan and manage updates according to the product roadmap and schedule aligned with external providers;
• Actively participate in projects within the area and in implementations across multiple geographies where the group operates (Portugal, Brazil, Canada, etc.).

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas;
• Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including support activities, product management, or technical implementation of projects;
• Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into technical solutions;
• Fluent in Portuguese, with a minimum English proficiency level of B1-B2.
