Bruker is seeking a SAP QM Consultant to join our global logistics and operations teams. You will implement SAP solutions, customize configurations, run testing, and train users within a harmonized global template approach.

You will partner with the business, define requirements, create proposals, and ensure quality management processes across production and materials management, aligning with SAP QM stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 3+ years SAP QM experience including configuration and rollout
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Business, IT and external providers
• Knowledge of SAP QM processes in Quality Management, Production and Materials Management

Responsabilidades

• Act as project team member or work stream lead with reporting line to SAP Manager Logistics & Operations
• Implement SAP solutions (customizing, functional testing, training, etc.) based on our global harmonization initiative with template approach
• Contribute to all phases of an SAP implementation project lifecycle including documentation
• Consult the global Business community with focus on Quality Management or related areas like Production and Materials Management
• Drive the Business organization in defining and creating Business Requirements, be accountable for the creation of Solution Proposals
• Design process solutions, create functional and technical specification documents and act as broker between the Business and the Global IT organization
• Align new solutions with SAP QM stakeholders (Subject Matter experts, SAP Key-Users and external 3 rd Party Service Providers)
• Manage and conduct workshops and trainings with SAP Key-Users
• Support and improve existing business operations by solving SAP support tickets (service requests, incidents and minor changes)
