Our client, a prestigious industrial group, seeks a Master Data Analyst & Auditor to join its team in Cascais. The role ensures accuracy, integrity, and quality of master data within SAP, supporting operations through governance and maintenance.

You will create and manage master data across SAP MM, PM, PP, QM, respond to user requests via OTRS, participate in logistics audits, and drive process improvements while collaborating with plants and central teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP master data management, logistics, manufacturing, or data-driven environments.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Experience with SAP MM/PP/PM/QM modules is a strong advantage.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and assess the impact of changes before implementation.
• Availability for occasional international travel (Europe & Americas).

Responsabilidades

• Create, update, and maintain SAP master data in line with company standards.
• Receives requests from users by ticketing system (OTRS), classifies tickets.
• Respect Service Level Objectives (SLO) defined.
• Assist with responding to user requirements and problem resolution related to master data.
• Participate in logistics internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assess the accuracy of logistics processes and data in SAP.
• Support SAP master data configuration across MM, PM, PP, QM.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutive maintenance of master data.
• Support actions and continuous improvement from audit findings.
• Collaborate with plants and central teams to meet business requirements.
• Deliver end-user training and promote knowledge sharing on master data processes.
