Bruker seeks an experienced SAP Manager Operations & Logistics to lead a global team of SAP consultants and partners, driving the roadmap across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Quality Management.

You will champion process standardization and governance, and lead the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and related digital technologies across Bruker's global operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record leading large SAP implementations and optimizations.
• Experience managing global SAP teams and external partners.
• Fluent English required; German a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a global SAP team of consultants and partners.
• Define and execute the SAP roadmap for manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.
• Drive standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement.
• Provide governance for SAP Operations & Logistics applications.
• Lead SAP demand management and project initiation.
• Oversee lifecycle activities including upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Ensure SLA/KPI-based support with high availability.
