Schüco LX is seeking a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to lead planning process optimization using SAP IBP. You will work with the SAP SCM team on customized solutions and drive a greenfield IBP rollout, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align planning with business goals.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in SAP IBP and APO DP, and an independent, result-oriented work style.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, optimize and improve planning processes based on SAP IBP.

• Independently manage sub-projects within the roadmap and coordinate integration into business processes.
• Coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and consultants for optimal results.
• Provide training for users and serve as a point of contact for production and planning questions.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement optimizations with departments.

Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility: As an in-house consultant, you will be responsible for the planning, optimization and improvements of our planning processes based on SAP IBP.


• Strategic planning: You will work together with the SAP SCM team on customized solutions and implement them as part of a greenfield implementation with the help of IBP.


• Project management: You will independently manage sub-projects within our project roadmap and coordinate the integration of planning solutions into our business processes.


• Cooperation and coordination: You coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and consultants to achieve optimal results.


• Training and support: You provide training for users and are available as a competent contact person for all questions relating to production and planning processes.


• Process optimization: You analyse existing processes, identify potential for improvement and implement optimizations in collaboration with the specialist departments.

Qualifications

• Professional experience: You have initial experience as a user or consultant in the area of SAP IBP, APO DP or similar.


• Specialist knowledge: You have sound knowledge of demand and supply planning processes. CI-DS is not foreign; S&OP processes, planning horizons and PIRs do not intimidate you, but motivate you to implement integrative processes and develop yourself further.


• Analytical skills: You can analyze complex business and planning processes and design them efficiently.


• Strong communication skills: Your ability to communicate clearly and convincingly sets you apart, as does your ability to work in a team.


• Independent working style: You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.


• Language skills: You have very good English skills.

Location: To facilitate collaboration, we're looking for someone who's already based in Lisbon.
