Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions Portugal procura um consultor SAP experiente para atuar na área MM/SRM, com foco em soluções integradas e melhoria contínua de processos de compras. O candidato ideal terá experiência em SAP CPI, interfaces iDoc/JSON/XML e está preparado para trabalhar em equipas internacionais.

A função envolve desenho, implementação e suporte a soluções SAP em ambiente global, com possibilidade de trabalho remoto/ híbrido e forte colaboração com partners externos.

Qualificações

• Formação mínima: Bacharelado em TI, Engenharia, Ciência ou similar.
• Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência SAP MM/ SRM (AMS, rollout, implementação).
• Experiência em customização SAP MM Purchasing/SRM (ERP 6.0-EHP8 ou S/4 HANA).
• Conhecimento de SAP CPI e formatos de interface (iDoc, JSON, XML).
• Boas habilidades de comunicação, apresentação e trabalho em equipa internacional.
• Capacidade de conduzir tópicos end-to-end e coordenação entre equipes.

Responsabilidades

• Consultoria de departamentos de negócio para soluções técnicas em SAP MM/SRM e integração com Fiori.
• Projetar e implementar soluções em SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SRM e integração com SAP CPI.
• Coordenar e apoiar equipas internas/externas em projetos e contribuir para os resultados.
• Criar estimativas de custo/esforço para implementação da solução target.

You'll be focused in

Consulting business departments towards technical solutions for direct and indirect purchasing in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environment. Working in a global environment with different countries Challenging and translating business requirements into SAP solutions Designing and implementing solutions in SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SRM and integration with Fiori applications Consulting, coordinating and supporting internal and external employees in projects and contribute to their work results Designing, building and maintaining the integrations between external and purchasing SAP-Systems, also using SAP CPI Taking care of the SAP "3rd level" operations of the respective SAP modules Influencing the MAN IT purchasing strategy and the making of architecture decisions, bringing added value to the organisation. Creating cost- and effort-estimation for the implementation of the target solution Working in an international team with collaboration and customer oriented agile mind-set In order to succeed, you'll need

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science or similar job expertise
• At least 3 years of SAP experience in MM module working with AMS, rollouts, implementation projects
• Experienced in customization on SAP MM Purchasing and/or SAP SRM (ERP 6.0- EHP 8 and higher and/or S/4 HANA)
• Familiar with SAP purchasing processes, End-to-End Procurement/Logistics flows and their integration with finance
• Knowledge of interfaces and integration with legacy systems, using integration tools such as SAP CPI and message formats such as iDoc, JSON, XML, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share knowledge and align with business departments, IT teams and external partners in an international environment
• Ownership mindset – ability to drive topics end-to-end beyond narrow functional scope, including interfaces, integration and cross-team coordination aspects
• Experience in coordinating work packages / delivery streams in SAP projects, including alignment with business, IT and external partners
• Analytical thinking to quickly understand existing system landscapes, business processes and stakeholder demands
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

• Willing to understand and learn ABAP logics for debug
• Hands-on experience in developing and monitoring SAP CPI integration flows
• Know-how in SAP-upgrades
• Knowledge about customizing FIORI apps
• Experience with SAP Ariba
• Experience in working together with external AMS partners
• Ability to create cost and effort estimations for SAP implementation projects
• Experience in using agile frameworks
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Automotive Industry processes knowledge/experience
• Certification in SAP MM, SRM/Ariba modules is preferred
