Job summary

VIRTHIO is seeking a SAP FI specialist to participate in implementation projects, optimize financial processes, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions. This role requires discovery, analysis, and redesign of workflows, plus active collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will support testing, UAT, and end-to-end quality assurance while operating in a hybrid setup, based in Portugal.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in SAP FI and full-lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Ability to analyze business workflows and interact with users.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Residence in Portugal with hybrid setup (1 day on-site).

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP FI implementation projects and drive financial process optimization.
• Conduct discovery, analysis, and redesign of business and accounting workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions and write detailed specifications.

What you’ll be doing

• Participate in SAP FI implementation projects and drive financial process optimization.

• Support integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify continuous improvement and process optimization opportunities.

What you will need to succeed

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in SAP FI and full-lifecycle implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Proven ability to analyze business workflows and interact effectively with business users.
• Fluency in English / Spanish is mandatory
• Residence in Portugal and availability for a hybrid setup (1 day/week on-site)
