Acolad group is seeking a Senior SAP FI Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with our SAP team in Lisbon. You will gather requirements, translate them into SAP FI designs, and guide configurations across GL, AP, AR, Asset, and Bank Accounting.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end processes, support rollouts, data migration, and continuous improvement initiatives, while training end users on new functionalities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Solid experience as a SAP FI Business Analyst / Consultant, including at least one full implementation or rollout cycle.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
• Technical/configuration expertise within SAP FI (customizing, organizational structure, account determination, etc.).
• Understanding FI integration points with other core modules.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interfacing with both business and technical teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) to join our SAP team. This person will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the SAP technical team, gathering and analyzing business requirements and designing and building the corresponding SAP solutions. Working knowledge of SAP Logistics (MM/SD) is a strong plus, supporting integrated, end-to-end process design across Finance and Logistics.

• Experience working with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira Service Management).
