Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking an SAP Data Management Analyst to maintain Business Partner master data and govern data quality across the organization. You will work in the Shared Delivery Operations team to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data standards for global operations.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, data management teams, and process owners, with opportunities to grow expertise in SAP Master Data Management within an international company.

Qualificações

  • Experience with Master Data Management processes, especially Business Partner data.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Familiarity with SAP MDG or similar MDM tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

  • Create, update, extend, and deactivate Business Partner master data per standards.
  • Handle data requests and maintenance while meeting service levels.
  • Monitor data quality and drive cleansing and enrichment initiatives.
  • Prepare data quality reports to support governance and decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enforce master data policies.
  • Support SAP and MDM projects, including upgrades and data migrations.

SAP Data Management Analyst

As our new SAP Data Management Analyst, you will be part of our Shared Delivery Operations (SDO) team and play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of Business Partner master data. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and data management teams to maintain high-quality data standards and support business operations. This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise in SAP Master Data Management within an international organization.

What Your Day Will Look Like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

  • Executing the creation, update, extension, and deactivation of Business Partner master data records in line with established procedures and data standards.
  • Managing data requests, maintenance activities, and resolving data-related issues while ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Monitoring data quality, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data cleansing and enrichment initiatives.
  • Preparing and maintaining data quality reports to support governance standards and business decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to master data policies and promote a customer-focused approach.
  • Supporting SAP and MDM-related projects, including system upgrades, data migrations, and integration initiatives involving Business Partner data.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience working with Master Data Management processes, preferably within a Business Partner data domain.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality principles, and master data standards.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and MDM tools, preferably SAP MDG.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from €20,175 to €33,625 corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area, and relevant market benchmarks.
