A Hubclub Go procura um SAP Integration Support Specialist para sustentar integrações com SAP CPI e replicação de dados mestre entre Employee Central e sistemas SAP ERP. Você atuará como ponte entre equipes técnicas e stakeholders, esclarecendo lógica de integração e resolvendo questões de dados de EC.

É essencial possuir experiência em SAP HR, ABAP e ABAP debugging, além de profunda compreensão de CPI, IDOC, API e CSV. Estará presente no escritório 2x/mês no Parque das Nações, Lisboa.

Qualificações

• Bacharelado ou mestrado em TI, CS, Engenharia ou área relacionada.
• Experiência comprovada com SAP Employee Central e SAP HR.
• Conhecimentos técnicos em integrações SAP, incluindo CPI, IDOC, API, SFTP e CSV com CPI.

Responsabilidades

• Analisar interfaces de integração e regras de negócio por trás das integrações SAP CPI (sem desenvolvimento).
• Atuar como ponte para esclarecer lógica de integração entre equipes técnicas e stakeholders.
• Rever perfis EC para identificar e resolver erros que impactam integrações.
• Comunicar-se com proprietários de aplicações para discutir dados via API, CSV, SFTP ou IDOC.

Project context We are seeking a technically skilled SAP Integration Support Specialist to support all integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and standard MasterData Replication. This role is responsible for understanding integration interfaces, business rules, and ensuring data integrity between Employee Central (EC) and connected systems. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, clarifying integration logic, identifying data issues, and supporting the configuration and troubleshooting of employee data replication.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand integration interfaces and business rules behind SAP CPI integrations (not development-focused)

Serve as point of contact to clarify integration logic for technical teams

Review Employee Central (EC) employee profiles to identify and resolve data errors impacting integrations

Communicate with application owners to discuss data received via API, CSV, SFTP, or IDOC, and relate it to EC data as well as CPI technical developers.

Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Employee and Organizational data replication from Employee Central (EC) to SAP ERP systems

Debug SAP ABAP programs and use relevant SAP transactions to investigate issues (e.G., IDOC replication, infotype management, user lifecycle)

Analyze and resolve replication errors, including those related to infotype mapping, data validation, and transformation logic. Proactively identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Maintain and update mapping tables and transformation logic to ensure accurate data transfer between EC and SAP, adapting to changes in business requirements or system upgrades.

Maintain strong knowledge of the SAP HR module, including infotypes, data structures, and integration points

Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant data flows

Document integration logic, troubleshooting steps, replication processes, data flows, error handling procedures, and escalation paths.

Education and experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience with SAP Employee Central and SAP HR module

Strong technical knowledge of SAP integrations, including CPI, IDOC, API, SFTP, and CSV data flows using CPI

SAP BADI Implementation: Experience in identifying, analyzing, and supporting SAP Business Add-Ins (BADIs) relevant to HR and integration processes.

Experience with SAP ABAP debugging and relevant SAP HR transactions

Ability to analyze and interpret business rules and integration logic

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience configuring and supporting employee data replication between EC and other SAP systems is mandatory

Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing IDOC processing, including error resolution and reprocessing

Project Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting project-based initiatives.

Analytical Thinking: Approaches complex problems methodically and uses data-driven insights to make decisions.
