Vanderlande Logistics is seeking an SAP Basis Team Lead / System Integration specialist to drive SAP Basis administration across ERP, BW/BI and cloud environments. You will lead a small international team, coordinate external service providers, and manage security, IAM and system architecture while delivering IT projects in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP Basis, leadership experience, strong RBAC knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Certification in SAP Basis or equivalent work experience (>5 years).
• Proven leadership of small teams in international settings.
• Experience in managing IT projects and SAP Basis activities.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Identity Services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW on HANA.
• Strong RBAC and user lifecycle management understanding.
• Experience working in agile teams and good communication skills.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage system architecture across SAP landscapes.
• Plan and lead IT projects and coordinate external providers.

• Budget planning, ordering and invoicing for SAP Basis.
• Support audits and IT controls; liaise with suppliers and purchasing.

What are the responsibilities?

• SAP Basis administration for SAP ERP, BW/BI and cloud systems (SAP Private Cloud)
• Administration of SAP Cloud ALM for System Monitoring and Change Request Management
• Responsible for the system architecture
• Planning and leading IT projects
• Functional leadership of a small SAP Basis team
• Implementation and monitoring of SAP security measures
• Responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) definition of and allocation of user privileges
• Budget planning, order and invoice management for SAP Basis
• Internal and external audits and IT controls
• Coordinate and control external service providers (e.g. for SAP Hosting)
• Lead technical negotiations with suppliers in alignment with purchasing department.
