Vanderlande Logistics in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an experienced SAP Basis Team Lead to drive system integration and lead a small international SAP Basis team. You will oversee ERP, BW/BI, and cloud systems, manage security, IAM, and external partnerships, while guiding projects with a global mindset.

The role requires SAP Basis certification or 5+ years of relevant experience, English fluency, and willingness to travel in a hybrid work setup.

Qualificações

• Certification in SAP Basis or relevant work experience for more than 5 years.
• Leading small teams and working in international environments.
• Project Management (leading small and large IT projects).
• SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Cloud Identity Services).
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW on HANA, SAP Cloud ALM.
• Managing SAP Cloud Solutions.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, service ethic, intercultural awareness.
• Strong understanding of RBAC and user lifecycle management.
• Working in agile teams.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• SAP Basis administration for SAP ERP, BW/BI and cloud systems (SAP Private Cloud).
• Administration of SAP Cloud ALM for System Monitoring and Change Request Management.
• Responsible for the system architecture and planning of IT projects.
• Functional leadership of a small SAP Basis team.
• Implementation and monitoring of SAP security measures.
• IAM definition of and allocation of user privileges.
• Budget planning, order and invoice management for SAP Basis.
• Internal and external audits and IT controls.
• Coordinate and control external service providers (e.g. SAP Hosting).
• Lead technical negotiations with suppliers in alignment with purchasing.
