SAP Ariba SLP Consultant (2 Positions) – Lisbon, Portugal

About The Role

We are looking for two experienced SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) Consultants to join a major retail transformation programme based in Lisbon.

You will be part of an international SAP team supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of Ariba SLP to streamline supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba SLP, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with procurement and supplier management teams to gather requirements and align business processes.
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
• Manage supplier data migration, onboarding, and performance templates.
• Provide user training and documentation for local and global stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with retail industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba SLP (Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
• Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance management processes.
• Experience integrating Ariba SLP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Background in Ariba Buying, Invoicing, or Supplier Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon (hybrid model).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the retail industry or with large-scale global deployments.
• Knowledge of Ariba APIs, data migration tools, or Ariba Supplier Risk.
