M2WF Consultoria em R&S is seeking a SAP ABAP Full Stack Developer with Fiori/UI5 experience to join a senior SAP team. The role focuses on maintenance and evolution of a mature S/4HANA environment, across backend ABAP OO and frontend SAPUI5/Fiori, in a hybrid Portugal setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SAP development, can work across backend and frontend layers, and will operate within an AMS/RUN environment with debugging, testing and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Work Model: Hybrid – 1 mandatory day per week on-site

Join a Senior SAP Team Working on a Long-Term S/4HANA Environment

We are looking for a SAP ABAP Full Stack Developer with Fiori/UI5 experience to join a highly experienced international SAP team working on the maintenance and continuous evolution of a mature SAP S/4HANA environment.

This is a mid-level position, ideal for a professional with at least 3 years of solid SAP development experience who can work across both the SAP backend and frontend layers.

The focus of this opportunity is not primarily SAP implementation or migration. Instead, you will work within an AMS / RUN environment, handling corrective and evolutionary maintenance, debugging, enhancements, testing and continuous improvement of an existing S/4HANA platform.

Mandatory Requirements

You must have professional experience with:

• SAP ABAP
• ABAP Objects / ABAP OO
• OData
• SAPUI5
• SAP Fiori
• SAP development within an S/4HANA environment
• Debugging and corrective/evolutionary maintenance
• At least 3 years of relevant professional SAP development experience

Mandatory Languages

• Portuguese – C1 or higher
• English – B2 or higher
• French – B2+ or higher

French B2+ is required for this position and is an eliminatory requirement.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will join an experienced Application Management Services (AMS / RUN) team responsible for maintaining and evolving a mature SAP S/4HANA environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of SAP S/4HANA
• Developing and maintaining solutions using ABAP OO
• Developing and supporting OData services
• Developing and maintaining frontend applications using SAPUI5 and Fiori
• Debugging existing SAP applications and identifying root causes
• Analysing incidents and technical requirements
• Estimating development and enhancement efforts
• Implementing corrections and new functionalities
• Performing technical and functional testing
• Preparing technical documentation
• Supporting continuous system improvements
• Providing technical consultancy when required
• Supporting knowledge transfer and training activities
• Collaborating with an international and highly experienced SAP team

The Technical Environment

You will work with a mature SAP S/4HANA on-premise environment, with an evolution towards Private Cloud planned.

• Has practical experience developing or maintaining SAPUI5/Fiori applications
• Understands the dynamics of an AMS / RUN environment
• Is comfortable debugging and improving existing solutions
• Enjoys working on both corrective maintenance and new enhancements
• Can analyse requirements, estimate effort, implement solutions and test the results
• Communicates effectively within an international environment
• Is comfortable working with mature systems and highly experienced SAP professionals

Important Profile Fit

This opportunity is particularly relevant if your background is in SAP application maintenance and continuous evolution.

Candidates whose experience is almost exclusively focused on SAP implementations or migrations, without strong hands‑on maintenance and Full Stack development experience, may not be the best fit.
